CORE is a unique wellness environment.

We also offer Massage, Reiki, and Reflexology seven days a week 

in our relaxing wellness room

Instructors & Practitioners

RACHAEL LEONARD has taught wellness, dance, and mind/body disciplines for many years. She holds certifications in Pilates, Yoga, Group Exercise, and Personal Training from Balanced Body®, YogaFit®, AFAA, IFTA, YMCA, Healthways/SilverSneakers®, Reebok University, Les Mills, and Zumba®. She has a BFA in Modern Dance (University of Utah) and an MFA in Dance Choreography (Jacksonville University), and has studied Alexander Technique, Feldenkrais Method, Bartinieff Fundamentals, Gyrokenesis, MELT Method, Gaga Movement Language, Aerial Arts, NonVerbal Communication, Nutrition, and Holistic Health. In addition to teaching fitness and dance, Rachael has instructed many courses in nutrition, weight management, stress reduction, blood pressure and cholesterol health, fall prevention, brain fitness, and models for positive personal change. In addition to co-owning and teaching at CORE, Rachael is a part-time Professor of Movement, Exercise, & Dance at Stetson University. She uses her diverse wellness background, extensive dance training, and her ongoing somatic investigation to inform her teaching practice. She truly enjoys her work and the opportunity to help others achieve their personal wellness goals.  

STACIA FINCH discovered Pilates when her back pain from lordosis became unbearable.  Stacia realized that Pilates was not only a wonderful method for pain management and rehabilitation, but also for body transformation and mood enhancement.  After discovering the many benefits, she became a certified in Balanced Body Mat Pilates, Reformer Pilates, and completed the BB Barre workshop.  Stacia taught classes and private sessions at Zen BodyWorks Studio for over a year before the ZBW studio became CORE, where she now is co-owner and instructor of private sessions and small group Reformer, Springwall/Tower, Mat, Barre, Vertical Pole, and Oov®. Stacia has a BS in Interior Design from University of Georgia and is owner of Finch & Finch Designs.  She brings her creativity and meticulous eye for design and precision into her Pilates training.  Stacia loves animals, the beach, pickleball, and tennis.

CAMILA BERGAMINI Since her childhood in Brazil as a gymnast, Camila has always loved exercising, but she only realized her passion could become a career later in life when she experienced Pilates.  In 2019, she became a comprehensively certified instructor and trainer of Pilates, and she has worked as an instructor ever since.  Her past teaching credits include Club Pilates - Palmetto Bay/Kendall/ West Kendall (Lead Instructor/Trainer), Club Pilates - Port Orange (Instructor/Trainer), and Club Pilates - South Miami (Instructor).  Her additional certifications include Barre Above (Pilates-focused barre certification), BOSU Strong + Stretched, and TRX Suspension Training. In addition to her Pilates/fitness background, Camila has an B.S. in Tourism and a Master in Business Administration from Universidade Federal do Parana in Curitiba, Brazil and a Certificate in Tourism and Hospitality from the University of California - San Diego. She is fluent in English and Portuguese, and competent in Spanish. What Camila appreciates most about Pilates is the mind/body connection and re-centering that occur during each class or session, as well as the the way in which that nurtures both the body and the spirit.  Her classes are always engaging, challenging, and full of positive energy!

EMILY MARTINEAU has taught yoga and group exercise classes and offered private training for over a decade. She has a 250-hour yoga certification registered through Yoga Alliance (RYT). She was trained under an Ashtanga enthusiast and that is reflected in her instructional style. She also possesses a Spinning certification through ISSA.  In addition, Emily has attended countless workshops and courses to fortify her approach, and she maintains an avid personal yoga and wellness practice of her own. Emily is from Atlanta and has lived in Volusia County for fourteen years with her husband, two sons, two dogs, and one hampster.  Emily teaches Yoga, Yogalates,

EQ Circuit, STRONG!, Bootcamp/Interval classes and offers private/small group Personal Training at CORE.

TERRI ZINKE, LMT is a licensed (FL State 73352) and insured Massage Therapist, and a certified AMTA (American Massage Therapy Association) member since 2013.  Her focus of practice is therapeutic massage to help relieve chronic pain and debilitating stress. She promotes and supports self-care by incorporating proven techniques that maximize movement and flexibility, improve circulation and neural connections, and encourage optimal health and living. Terri received her education at Daytona State College with studies in anatomy and physiology, pathology, massage techniques in sports massage, reflexology, application of essential oils, pregnancy massage, Swedish massage, the history and application of Eastern medical massage, among other areas of focus. Her final research was conducted and written on the history and application of trigger point therapy. Her continued education through Universal Touch with Margie Meshew has earned Terri a certification in Swe-Thai, Table Top Thai (assisted yoga with the client fully clothed), and Thai Foot Massage. These techniques combine centuries of knowledge from around the world that provides for a unique massage experience tailored to the unique needs of each client. Terri also practices forms of acupressure, reflexology, deep tissue massage, prenatal massage, infant massage, and sports massage techniques. She is a life learner who is excited to learn new techniques and expand on existing knowledge through continuing education and self-study.

SADAKO NOLIN, LMT is a Florida licensed Massage Therapist and

Usui Reiki Master.  She has practiced for over 18 years and her specialties include therapeutic massage, deep tissue massage, neuromuscular massage, medical massage, medical Qi-Gong and foot reflexology. She completed her initial massage training at Florida College of Natural Health and holds additional certifications in Neuromuscular Massage Therapy (for cervical strain and sprain, low back, and hip pain), Medical Massage (for lumber strain and sprain), Foot Reflexology, Medical Qi-Gong,

East-West Synergistic Massage (for treating fibromyalgia, chromic fatigue, and depression), Manual Lymphatic Drainage, and Massage Cupping.  As a Usui Reiki Ryoho (Reiki Master teacher) and Shinshin kaizen Usui Reiki Ryoho Jikiden Reiki : Shihan Kaku, Sadako teaches traditional Usui Reiki Ryoho to the general public. She also instructs courses and workshops to professional, licensed massage therapists in Florida for their continuing education.
